Silicone Rubber Conductive Shielding Strip: Technical Specs
1. Factory Technical Capabilities
Our R&D team focuses on conductive shielding material research, with 12 patents on conductive filler blending and shielding structure design. Equipped with 3-axis EMI shielding effectiveness testers (10kHz-18GHz), surface resistance testers and environmental aging test chambers, we provide comprehensive technical data: shielding effectiveness frequency response curve, surface resistance distribution map, temperature-humidity stability report.
2. Material & Process Technical Details
Base material: High-purity silicone rubber, Shore hardness 30-70A adjustable; Conductive fillers: Silver-plated copper (volume resistivity ≤1×10⁻³Ω·cm), nickel-plated graphite (volume resistivity ≤5×10⁻³Ω·cm), filling rate 30%-60%; Process: Precision molding/extrusion + high-temperature vulcanization (160℃-180℃), tensile strength ≥4.0MPa, elongation ≥350%.
3. Key Technical Performance Indicators
Shielding effectiveness (SE): ≥85dB (10MHz-1GHz), ≥80dB (1GHz-6GHz); Surface resistance: ≤0.5Ω/sq (silver-plated filler), ≤2Ω/sq (nickel-plated filler); Temperature resistance: -50℃ to 200℃ (continuous use), short-term 250℃; Compression set: ≤12% (180℃×72h); Environmental resistance: Passes 5000h salt spray test and 3000h UV aging test, conductivity attenuation ≤10%.
