Q1. Are you a production factory or a trading company?
A1: Since 2013, Tengye Rubber & Plastics is committed to the global supply of silicone foam, foam (insulation) materials, rubber sheets, silicone rubber pipes, silicone household products, silicone gifts.
Q2. About product consultation!
A1: Our factory need to know: 1.Size、drawing or sample and so on. 2.Material:food grade, industry grade,or medical grade. 3.Requirement:cutting,splice,printing,or any other.
Q3. Are online prices real?
A1: No,our factory mainly produce it according to requirements of customer,different requirement and purchase quantity will affect the price,so the online price are for reference only.
Q4.What is a free sample? How to get it?
A1:Stock existing samples, only need to pay freight, or use freight collect; If the inventory is not available and it needs to be produced separately, the proofing fee must be paid.
Q5. I want to buy existed stock,do you supply?
A1: We are a production factory, some of the finished products are in the mold and in stock, other products will be produced according to the actual order quantity of customers, only a small amount of surplus inventory as samples.
Q6. What about OEM/ODM?
A1:We fully support OEM/ODM. Need your JPG, AI, PDF, DWG, IGS, STEP and other formats of drawings, it will be the best; If there are no drawings, samples are OK; If there is no drawing and sample, you can tell us your opinion on the product. We can send the design drawing to you to confirm the size and structure of the product. After confirming the drawing, we will start to make the sample.
Q7. How long is your delivery time?
A1:Depending on the product structure and quantity, whether it needs to open molds or ready-made molds, the general situation is 5-10 days.
Q8.How do you control the quality of production?
A1:Have a professional QC team, from raw materials to shipment inspection. More production line inspection procedures, can fully ensure the quality of products. And each product has a strict testing manual and product modification records.
