Material and use of liquid foamed silicone sheet

Soft liquid foamed silica gel is also called molded silica gel, two-component molded silica gel. It is composed of two parts :A component is silica gel,B component is curing agent; The two components are mixed at a ratio of 1:1. Heat to 180-220 degrees,10-20 minutes, Shore hardness after foaming: 0-10 degrees.

Liquid foam silicone product features:
1. With excellent high temperature resistance, the temperature can reach 200 degrees to 350 degrees.
2. There are a variety of foamed silicone, including food grade foamed silicone, non-toxic and tasteless, through SGS environmental non-toxic certification and FDA food grade certification.
3. No shrinkage, high precision. It can solve the products that the film press can not do, fill the gap of making large lead-tin alloy process and fine pattern products, is the current domestic advanced HTV-2 high temperature glue, is to do lead-tin alloy crafts, precision mold manufacturing can choose] material.
4. High foaming ratio; Uniform foaming, good stability;
5. Non-toxic, non-corrosive, chemically inert;
6. Small, uniform and fine foam aperture;
7. Light weight, elasticity, feel good;
8. No migration occurs.

Liquid foam silicone operation method:
The A and B components are evenly mixed by 1:1, and can be poured after vacuum defoaming. The curing time (room temperature) is 48 hours, and the curing time can be cured in tens of minutes after heating 80-120°C.
Packaging: Liquid foamed silicone packaging specifications :5KG, 20KG, 25KG, 200KG plastic drum. Transport according to non-dangerous goods, sealed storage period of 1 year at room temperature.

Note: This silicone should not be in contact with any other condensed silicone, otherwise it will cause curing agent poisoning, resulting in silicone will not cure. Water, impurities, organotin catalyst, acid, alkali and other organic matter containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen can affect the solidification of the glue, and these substances can not be mixed or contacted when used.
